Kennedy might have questionable qualifications but I guarantee any one, ANY ONE, they pick is going to have something which makes them less than appettizing - I think one political group is out to get another one behind the scenes…so pick somebodt or hold a special election. What is not to like? She would be the perfect senator. Rich, liberal, famous, father a former president, went to an elite college and is a lawyer (required if you are a dem).
I’m just curious. If I go back to Danziger’s cartoons from 2000-2001, will I find similar criticisms of G.W. Bush? Hereditary positions are an issue, I just don’t recall the same level of ‘noise’ about the Bush dynasty. In fact, some people are still talking about Jeb in 2012.
