What’s the joke about this being the culmination of Bush’s policies? Humor is based on some element of truth, & in this case such truth would be to say that Obama’s success in killing bin Laden had nothing to do with Bush’s policies. I haven’t heard the “figurehead” line, but if the culmination part is any indicator of Sheneman’s grasp of politics, it’s not worth looking up.
