Liked the piped in crowd noise, but it was kept low enough so the teams could hear the signals. Very authentic, almost like real football.

Since expansion to franchises 27 and 28, that’s Tampa Bay and Seattle, the NFL has signed television contracts worth enough to allow the entire league to play every season since then without selling a single game ticket, parking pass, hot dog or beverage for any and all games, including the Superb Owl, and still make a profit. This year might be a good test of that accounting. Meanwhile, I am watching old CFL games. A new Grey Cup every week.

Too bad Republicans refused to deal with covid and shut the USA down.

Watched a game (on TV) this past weekend. It was really strange to hear the spectatour track but not see anyone in the seats. Must have been strange for the teams, too..
