Hello, Vagabonds. No one is here…So…Benitin (Jeff) says, “Melisa, you have broken my heart. This is goodbye, forever?” Melisa says, “Oh, dear, wait!” “Would you send this letter to Jorge?” (when you pass by a mailbox). Something like that.

    Good Smokey morning, Vagabonds,

I wrote a comment, and it disappeared. Go figure. I said something about the horrible smoke and that it rode the jet stream and has reached the east coast! My new avatar was at sunset last night. Icky! And the smell is awful.

Hope everyone is okay. Just ‘stuff’ to do today. Thanks to Florchi for giving us the translation to Mutt and Jeff.

    xoxo Happy Trails

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Prayer group, oops I mean Gatekeepers meeting this morning so I’ll be off in a little while. Other than that, I cannot think of anything that I particularly want to do. Maybe I’ll go check out the outlet mall and see if Mike’s employer is still in business.

The work release program is starting up again and Mike’s employer told him he would have a job when the crisis is over. The only thing we don’t know is if “Rocky’s” survived. If not, then he’ll be hitting the streets looking for a job again.

We’re still in the barely 100+ forecasts. It’s nice in the mornings, though. The patio doors are still wide open, but Michael will probably close up and turn on the AC before I get back from church.

Everyone be safe and have a blessed day.

    Hay there Vagabonds

We are dangerously close to the freezing point this morning at 37, at the Newport state airport where the “official” weather recording station is, they have 34 on they’re thermometer. The good news, NO SNOW.

The equinox is but a week away. (whine)

My nephew is now minus one toe nail and he’s lost the spring in his step for a while.

In other news: forget I said that, you already know. (^.^)

To all a good day and, may God walk by your side.

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

Sidney spent an hour with my tablet this morning and it seems to be working better now. Hopefully I can put off replacing it for a while longer. We made our weekly trip to Walmart this morning. Nothing exciting about that it is just a chore that needs to be done. (Deep sigh.)

We are enjoying another great weather day today. It was 55 when we went to Walmart and it is only 79 out at the moment. Yard work time!

Everyone have a safe and wonderful day.
