That’s one of my most vivid memories of Paris – the waiter bringing the food with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth!
Until proven otherwise, I say it was a picture of Wile E. Coyote with a lit stick of dynamite in his mouth.

Thank you @LafinLarry…lol I’m not so great with the computer. It took me a little bit to figure out how to get back in to this site after it went down. Can’t just go to go comics.com on my IPad or computer anymore.
