how does that work with someone (not me anyway) who has one amputated hand or arm? Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen — for example — has his arm completely amputated and doesn’t use a prosthesis whereas mountaineer Aron Ralston — as another example — has his arm partially amputated has uses a prosthesis.
One wonders why he is singing the happy birthday song. Would this be more appropriate?:

Pretty hard to do it any other way. One armed pluggers use their pant leg.. with the benefit of always having one clean leg.

A Plugger uses a good lye soap or Kirk’s Castille soap. Makes good lather even in hard water.
