    They all sound a lot yummier than green beens – especially fresh green beans. BLECH!

    Good Morning, Crew!

    There only a few veggies I refuse to eat – raw or cooked – turnip, mushrooms, lima beans, chick peas… and sometimes, of of the weird foreign (non-north American standard) veggies.

    The trick to eating vegetables, especially those that you don’t like but you know are good for you, is very simple: massive amounts of bacon or garlic.

    Our dog loves carrots, iceberg lettuce butts, asparagus, all that stuff. He won’t eat mushrooms, though.

    Turnips are good in a Yankee Pot Roast, collards with hot bacon dressing are good, never had rutabagas.

    Is it just me or do all the vegetables look alike?

    @Commentator

    Yes they do. But maybe that was Louie’s trek through the green leave portion of the farm.

    Oh Fellow Baby THEY DO NOT ALL LOOK ALIKE! Carrots don’t look like cauliflower ;-), lettuce doesn’t look like green beans (why you don’t like green beans, I will never know!), celery doesn’t look like potatoes, etc, etc. :-D
