This comic is a downright lie. I’m from Seattle and the majority of protests have been civil and participants have worn masks and no increase in Covid. The agitators are Anarchists like the RW White Supremacists Proud Boys. They were in a suburb I live in on the premise they were there to keep the peace when rumors circulated trouble was coming. It was a lie as they were fully armed and the residents here didn’t want them to stay. Fortunately no one challenged them as the Sheriff kept an eye on them
