My God! This was me until I ran out of ice cream yesterday. “Grocery store” is already on today’s list.
That’s me, only with my homemade fruit smoothie. Because it’s made with frozen fruit (and pom juice and almond milk), it’s like ice cream for a couple of hours. So yes, that’s me in the evening, just with something else to dive into.
1. Every night I make a list of what I want/need to do the next day.
2. Each morning, I review the list. I’m set. I’m ready. But first, some tea.
3. Each evening, I wonder what happened and why nothing got done.
Repeat daily.
Ice cream is my go-to soother. In any form….in any flavor…
Is it a coincidence that all the ads I see at this exact moment are for ice cream?
Hey—a person could go worse places than face-first into ice cream …
