I recall finding my older brother’s “blankie”; gave it to his older (20-month-old) son as a -I think it was - first birthday gift when the boy turned one year old. Or Maybe it was Christmas? I forget already; it was just last year.
Floating around, somewheres, are photos (real photographs, not digital) of Daughters #1 and #2 reading, while wrapped in one of Grandma’s crocheted blankies.
