My workout is taking care of the house and yard .
I take care of the house, have gardeners for the yard, I do 90 minutes of Pilates, Yoga, weight lifting, and steeper machine three times a week.
At least he’s trying.
Aww, come on Fred. Dogs are supposed to be “helping” their owners when they’re exercising. Those videos are hilarious, though don’t hop up on Dear’s back for you’re not a light breed.
