    HI-HO VAGABONDS!

    AWAY!

Nuff of that. Looks like a fine day coming, mix of sun and clouds, high 74.

Last night I was drifting around YouTube and decided to look fore some music such as: “Sloop John B” Kingston Trio and The Beach Boys, “Spirit in the Sky” there is a story with I’ll try to relate later, and “The Wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald” Gordon Lightfoot.

I’ve come to understand that when the “Fitz” was found the salvage boat was hoisting the bell to the surface. When the Fitz’s bell was clear of the water it rang and the bell on the salvage boat fell out of it’s carriage. Make your hair stand up.

Have yourselves real nice day and may God bless.

    Good Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

It was back up to 91 yesterday, but it didn’t feel hot at all because a wonderful thunderstorm blew through and it got down to 71 in no time. Sweet! 79 is forecast today, and for the next 7 days it’ll be in the low 80’s. Change of season already.

At PT yesterday, she made a form fitting brace for my hand. It will be adjusted as needed to keep my hand in the proper position. Amazing technology.

Harder to do things, but it’ll be worth the trouble. I already notice the difference when I type and when I take it off.

    Stay safe, xoxo Happy Trails

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Mark, you’ve been watching “The Lone Ranger” again, haven’t you.

Rita, that’s good news about the brace. I pray that it will continue to help.

Michael’s eye appointment wasn’t good news for him. He has cataracts in both eyes, and probably glaucoma as well. He will see a glaucoma expert this afternoon. As it turns out, the pressure test for glaucoma doesn’t work for folks who have had laser surgery on their eyes. The shape of the cornea has changed and the readings are not accurate. So, even though all of his pressure tests over the years since his surgery have been negative, the big G is probably why his eyesight is so bad. The good news is that all of it can be corrected surgically or with medication. That doesn’t stop him from being terrified of the whole thing. Please pray for his peace of mind.

Other than that, not much is happening today.

Our high was 100 yesterday with about the same expected today. The low was 77 last night. (Fist pump) Woo-hoo.

Everyone be safe and have a blessed day.
