The idea that you can “ask nicely” for the general public’s voluntary compliance and they would “magically comply” is absolutely ludicrous – there will ALWAYS be that segment of the population that, when told that “you WILL”, will childishly respond, automatically, “oh no I WON’T!”
Children must be ‘led’ and ‘guided’ with specific rules and specific consequences if those rules AREN’T followed!
Mealy-mouths like DeWine and the Governor of Georgia simply don’t wish to upset the Lord High Muckamuck in the White House and are willing to let thousands of their citizens die to prove their fealty to the republican Overlord.
