The typical American and European depictions of Christ are almost certainly white distortions of fact. There is very little chance that a Jew from an overwhelmingly semitic gene pool was “white” by our standards. Heavy odds favor him actually looking more like Yasser Arafat or Saddam Hussein.
Whether Jesus had a tan or not is irrelevant to the Godless. King’s call to remove white Jesus is an attack on religion. I mentioned this before – Those statues, paintings, stained glass windows are art. King had no problems with the artwork entitled “piss Jesus” and certainly didn’t call for it’s removal. I personally find that one very offensive, but I defend the artist’s right to create it and I never called for it’s removal. If you don’t like seeing Jesus portrayed as He often is, don’t go to church, which you probably already avoid, anyway. Don’t visit any of the great cathedrals of Europe. Don’t google “white Jesus”, etc.

I don’t know if Henry tweets stupidity, but he sure does draw it in his political cartoons.
