Anyone who runs to a Gun store at this point has no idea. Fears like these is a terrible reason to buy a Gun. After the panic at start of COVID-19 sold 2,500,000 guns in one month WHO is still buying Guns anyway ?

With the unsurprising exception of Fox News, I haven’t seen anything like this in the “mainstream” media, although I have seen some coverage of the unsubstantiated scaremongering on the subject. The most prominent advocate of this “menace” was Donald Trump Jr., who gullibly retweeted a post by a white supremacist group pretending rather clumsily to speak for antifa. The valid Mr Varvel’s therefore should not be showing a standard reporter, but a rancid little rodent in a MAGA hat.

This idea that the riots will be coming to the ’Burbs and Rural areas is being pushed all over Facebook right now. We had multiple events scheduled this week all have been cancelled due to death threats against the organizers. The Red Necks up here are drooling at the chance for payback.

If you look at how many own guns versus how many guns there are, you will find that almost all the guns are owned by people who have a lot  of them; Among the remaining gun owners, most one between one and five (generally just the ones they actually use, whether for hunting or some other form of recreation). Very few in the US own a single gun. And whenever there’s a surge in buying, it happens almost exclusively among the “mega owners” … though there are always some who finally decide that hoping for the cops to get there in time is not as useful as owning a gun for their assailant to take away and use against them. (no, that’s not sarcasm: Look at the statistics).

This what tRump was counting on. He is the one that keeps bringing up the 2nd. Amendment.

Will he panic if his State has a waiting period?

Come to think of it, why would the homeowner be worried about something he sees on the “fake news” media?

How many people just buy a gun, load it, and stick it in a drawer?? Many gun owners have never fired a shot.

If they want to burn up their part of town, that’s not my problem. Come to my front yard, be ready to play by my rules.

The law has stated that the police have no responsibility to protect anyone. Who then should I depend on other than myself? I have used mine weekly for decades, without harming anyone, but am prepared for anyone wishing me or others harm.

I guess Gary could not defend President Orange of his cowardice and publicity stunts so he created a racist cartoon of white fear, there were peaceful rallies in suburbia most suburbia is liberal on social issues

There is no reason whatsoever for anyone in a civilized country to own a gun. Therefore, every American should go out and buy one.
