That exact thing happened to us! I was looking for some dish soap under the sink and came across a HUGE brand new bottle of Clorox wipes that I forgot we even had (purchased pre-COVID). We got very good use out of them. We also had two 33.8 fl oz bottles of Purell that we bought at BJs about a month or two before the outbreak (my son is a bit of a germaphobe). Months later, we’re just now getting to the second bottle so we won’t have to try to find more for many more months.
