    Howdy vagabonds

It’s double D weather this morning, dark and dismal. The actual forecast is overcast with occasional showers. Today’s predicted high is 68.

Take my Jeep to the auto hospital for brake work, the back brakes only, I hope. The operation will take place tomorrow.

After I drop of the Liberty the nephew and I will strike out for the greater Burlington aria to see his chiropractor and get his monthly supply of green medicine.

So my day will be a little more interesting, hope your day will be a little more interesting and may God bless you all.

    Good morning on Miércoles, Vagabonds…

We having on an off rainy day, again (same thing yesterday). All is well here, but we are under a curfew (9 pm to 6 am). There was disruption in nearby Fort Lauderdale’s downtown over the weekend. Is anyone else here under a curfew? Florchi in S. Fla. USA

    Good Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

It felt so good to have my haircut again! Little changes to the salon due to social distancing, limiting to 10 people in the place and no waiting area. No problem for me.

I can only handle a few minutes of the news anymore (or none at all). I’ll never understand the pure destruction these people are doing. This is way beyond a tribute to George Floyd.

For the last week or so, we’ve been watching our newest addition to our bird family. A very colorful “Evening Grosbeak”. There are about 7 in this group, and I have to assume there are babies among them:

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

A quiet day here. Like Rita I can barely stand to watch the news. Those who are demonstrating peacefully are doing so to honor George Floyd and others who have suffered wrongfully. All the others are rioting, looting and vandalizing for themselves, as their actions only benefit themselves. Very sad.

It is a beautiful day here in Mid-MO. The sun is shining with a gentle breeze blowing. The current temperature is 88, a good 10 degrees warmer than last Wednesday.

I hope you are all having a safe and wonderful day.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I actually slept in until after 9 this morning, so I’ve gotten a late start on everything. This was to make up for not getting to sleep until 2 on Monday night.

Our temp actually got to 100 degrees yesterday according to Time and Date. Today should be around that as well.

I’ve gotten the laundry started, and considering how often I missed changing loads last week, I had Alexa set a reminder for me. We’ll see how that works. Now all I have to do is remember to take the Fire with me when I leave this room.

Last night I heard gunshots not too far away, so I got out the Glocks for us and kept them by the bed instead of locked up in the closet. Today we will clean them so they will be ready if needed. I will probably start carrying again until this is over.

Everyone have a blessed and safe day.
