Nope. Can’t suspend disbelief that far: At no time will the for-profit-insurance-scam lobby and their pet legislators (of both parties, at all levels) allow everybody in the US to have health-care coverage for 15 seconds. At least not without paying 3 years’ wages for 1 year’s coverage.
At no time will a socialized government-run healthcare system allow you more than ten minutes of inferior, slow, and costly tax-payed service. If you think Healthcare is expensive now, wait until it is free. Of course, if you don’t pay any federal taxes, it will be free for you.
