The Talibans helped by the USA to oppose the Soviet Union’s invasion of Afghanistan, IS made possible by Bush’s illegal war in Iraq, the Obama’s wars in Lybia and Syria. And both groups being sunni muslims are financed by Saudi Arabia, a country made strong by Roosevelt. A good example of bad foreign policies blowing in your face.
