Used to be one like that called “the seven sisters” out by the “Rad Lab” in Livermore back in the 1950s.

Out in Frankfort, Indiana they used to have “Ribbon Road”. You can guess where it got its name. If you didn’t puke, it was quite fun.

I never drove or rode on it, but I’ve heard of a road called the Roller Coaster Road.

Then there’s the Dolton road in Alaska. (I’d like to drive that one)

When I was 16, Daddy let me drive his 383 one time. Back to the 225 slanty 6.

Remember when we had 3 autos to choose from?

Yes I do Lew. Mom’s, dad’s or a friend’s. Until I got a fulltime job. Then I did a couple of zero - G experiments of my own until I found out how expensive the danged things were to fix.

Ladyfingers86 your mom told you how to drive from passenger seat and you won’t let her with you anymore. My question is what happens when mom is to old and needs to go places. I have a mom my hubby takes her to doctor and store. She is 86 and drivers around here not safe for her to drive. Hubby is retired. Me I work pt and I can’t stand to shop.

East Cooke Rd. in Columbus, OH, between High Street and Indianola Ave.. My kids used to call it the “tickly-tummy hills”.

Our driver’s ed teacher was a convent nun. Sister Anita. She let us do donuts at the rest area outside of town in winter. I’ve taken two driving tests (two states) in my lifetime (short that it is) and got the SAME question wrong both times because we weren’t taught that piece. I forget what it is, but I wrote to her one year and told her. We had a great letter writing campaign for a long while. Then she passed away. Probably still laughing at me. :-D

I think they’re driving in town, not on the highway.

Why on earth does he drive like this? Why can’t he take the hint that it’s unsafe and no one else enjoys it?
