Between having the cows spend the last month* of their lives ankle-deep in their own waste and the poor safety and health practices at slaughterhouses, there’s probably some fecal matter in that burger. Just look, little fly. Just look.

*At least cows which are raised for meat (veal calves excluded) are luckier than other farm animals in that they don’t spend their entire lives in close confinement, never seeing sunlight or having enough room to turn around.

I read this online: meat is murder - yummy yummy murder.
