This cartoon is funny! There’s not going to be any rush to go patronize shops that people feel were opened back up too soon. Most will stay away – some waiting for real proof that it’s safe again, and others waiting until after the Covidiots cause the second wave (and also wait for that wave to be over)…
I was due for a haircut right when we started sheltering in place. Now my hair is returning to my 1970s teenage days – which is not a good thing. I had a colleague refer to my “flowing locks.” Gonna need to use some product for a while!
Honest to Pete, my first thought was “electric chair??” Then I parsed the image a little better. You won’t see me sitting in one of those until after they re-open the state house and restart the tours of the governor’s mansion.
