Takes me back a ways. Back when my scoot was my sole means of transport, ( had bags, tho) I would go shopping without a cart, I’d buy only what I could carry in both arms. The saddlebags I had would hold exactly what I could carry. The bags themselves were picked by taking a 12pack of longnecks (case) and walking into the shop, and I found the leather bags that would fit the case (bottles still in the box). I found one set of backs that could do it, and purchased them on the spot. Rode with those bags for years. When empty, they were pretty floppy (being soft leather) but who cares? They served a purpose.
