Since glasses only come in sets of six, and the doctor orders you to drink seven, then you are forced to spend more money and buy two sets, so you end up with 12 glasses. Reminds me of in the grocery store when buying hot dog buns. Hot dog buns come in packages of eight, whereas the hotdog wieners themselves come in packages of ten!
Drinking all that water does no extra good to your body except make you pee more. Most of these dietary health “rules” are made up by commercial entities to make you use more of their product.
