    The market has been due for a correction for quite some time. Corrections usually happen when some (external) event triggers worry in the minds of major traders and gurus. This one is worse than a “regular” correction because the event has real connection to the market — If the workers are in quarantine, who’d gonna make the cheap stuff that Wally World sells, for example… or the issue of nobody being willing to go on a cruise or visit (Italy).

    So this is well within the limits of “cartoon true”.
