Silliness. The very question forces one to consider the nuances of both answers. “I can see it either way” made my older friend try to make me choose one. No reason to do that.
I’ve never worried about whether the cup was half empty or half full, I’m more attuned to my bladder… :)
My poor cups have to make due with tea. Surprised they don’t rebel.
