Trump’s 2021 budget proposal would cut Health and Human Services funding by 10%, cut CDC funding by 16%, cut U.S. funding to the World Health Organization by more than half and would cut $3 billion from the U.S. government’s global health programs. These cuts are on top of the cuts he made in previous years.
I think the president needs to head to China with his entire family and team and look further into resolving this crisis since he’s so good at fixing things! Of course Rush Limbaugh should join him too since it’s just literally nothing worse than a cold and a plot to harass the president.

Nothing to worry about, Trump just turned it over to a soon to be scapegoat, Mike Pence, because he did such a swell job with Aids and HIV in Indiana.
