SC has what’s called open primaries. You go into the voting booth and then you decide which party you’re voting about. So of course, with The Orange Pustule having a lock on the GOP nomination, a great many of the voters will choose to choose on the Democrat side (I suppose there might be Green and a few other options as well). How such cross-over voters act is yet to be seen. They might “vote their conscience” for a “moderate” or they could try to support the candidate they think is least likely to win in the actual election. Or, imo most likely, they could kind of cancel each other out by doing some of both.
Well, the Republicans cancelled the SC primary because they figured Trump was going to win anyway, right? So Republicans can ONLY vote for the Democrat side of the presidential decision.
But will all the Republicans vote for Bernie, like the Ruskies want them to, or are they going to make informed decisions about who would be the best Democrat candidate?
Republicans, i.e. the Party Of Trump have never been concerned about Russian attacks on our elections because it helps Their Messiah and other ‘Repubicans’ get elected.
They are totally in favor of Trump’s Treason and massive corruption.
Republicans HAVE to lie and cheat in any way they can. When people are given a choice of two statements on issues that actually affect their everyday life, one that describes the Republican position and the other the Democrat’s, the Democratic position is chosen by about 80% of Democrats and Independents. No surprise there. The weird part is that just under half of Republicans also choose Democrat positions, unless they are told which position is supported by each party. Then they fall into line and choose the Republican option- 78% of the time. So, it is entirely reasonable for Republicans to lie a lot. The people running the Republican party are in that half of the Republicans who actually believe in Republican positions. They are roughly 25% of the voting public. They have no chance of ever winning a national election unless they keep as many people as possible from voting and keep the rest of them confused enough to vote against their own best interests.

The Dems needed to put a stop to this. Only Registered Dems should Vote in Dem primaries.
Here once again the Democratic party is too afraid to conflict with anyone so we accept defeat, or meddling.

This is probably why the republicans don’t want a primary. Democrats would vote in those primaries for anyone but Fat Donald.
