I’d blame the manufacturer, not the distributor.
He just didn’t know how to administer a pill. It is an art and if done right, it is over quickly and neither you or cat are the worse for wear.
Ummmm I had the same problem! My Beany spit out the pills even when in the food or treat. They need to go back to the drawing board to come up with something that REALLY works.
