Stopped watching the Academy awards years ago when the values of Hollywood became so skewed against the traditional values and morality of my youth; to me this show just another gathering where only sinners are winners, and the larger the sin the bigger the win.
The Oscars need the Ig Nobel’s Miss Sweetie Poo, a little girl who repeatedly cries out, “Please stop: I’m bored”, in a high-pitched voice if speakers go on too long.
I stopped watching when I saw that besides the blatant favoritism and biases skewed the voting by secret ballot and the tech people were made a side show.
