    There’s a difference between trust and gullibility. Trust is when you know enough about someone to be reasonably sure that they’re competent and benevolent. Gullibility is when your standards for determining trustworthiness are too low for your own good.

    The trick, my dear boy, is to trust the right people. He also seems quite capable to talk mischievous Millie out of her pranks. Even if he doesn’t realise it. I think I’ll stick around for a bit.
