Hola Locos. We have had endless rain. They say the PNW is very rainy. But that is only partially true. Most of our rain is light and typical annual rainfall for B’ham is under 40”. Here on the lake, since we are surrounded by mountains, we get more and I keep track of daily rainfall and temperatures (high and low) for each day and month. Never, in all the years that I have been doing this have I recorded as much rain in a month as I recorded in January. 18.881”. It has been raining hard for most of each day so far in February as well. Lots of landslides and falling trees. Also, depressing
