It’s called a senior moment Fred, it will pass, and yes, I’m talking from experience….
Fred just start then you will go ! A to do list does not get going without a start ;-)

My best advice? Go sit or lie down comfortably until you can remember what you were about to do. Eventually, it will come back to you … or you’ll take a nap, which is no bad thing either.
