Ugh! Three Friday nights in a row of driving home in snow and ice! I didn’t have a busy day at work because our Christmas stuff is all gone and our garden center stuff isn’t in yet (except some seeds and seed starter sets), but I sure get tired from driving on those slippery roads. It wasn’t too bad, as long as I drove slowly, but it’s still tiring driving in that stuff. So I need to go to bed now.

Is that quick enough for you, mousie? On another note, saw some golden crowned kinglets while out walking today. I also heard a chickadee.

Three Cedar Waxwings came to my birdbath today. They’re not seed eaters so they left after a drink. There was quite a few in the ancient cedars along the road. Haven’t seen any in 2 or 3 years.
