21 on our old thermometer and it’s still lightly snowing. I haven’t been out to see how it looks yet. Had to leave our cars down by the road last night, hopefully the colder temperatures have improved the traction so I can get up and in. It will stay colder till Monday when the spring like temps come back and that includes Town Meeting Day on Super Tuesday.
Another day in the life coming up. Why ain’t I crazy yet, maybe I am? (^.^)
May the Lord bless your way and you have a good old day.
28 this morning, and they say it’ll get up to 55 this afternoon. WooHoo!
Ketchup day today. First on the agenda is to put on a pot of Vegetable Beef and Barley soup. I always make enough for the Vagabonds, so come on by around 6.
We have blue skies and sunshine and the day started out at 30 and is heading to 57. A beautiful day! Not much happening today. Like Rita said it’s catch-up day. The only plans I have are to meet a friend for lunch in a couple of hours and relax for the rest of the day. The hard life of retirement. ;-)
Today is the day to start gathering and packing. Most of it will get done tomorrow so we can get an early start on Sunday.
I finished the sorting and bundling of the photos yesterday and packed the box for mailing. Out of 2211 photos 3 bundles totaling 333 wouldn’t fit into the box. I finally figured out that if I lowered the adjustable table by a notch, I could drag my office chair in there and sit down to finish all of this. I was able to spend hours in there working instead of just until my back started to hurt. But I got it done!
Now all I need to do is scan the ones that the service would not do and all the albums that wouldn’t come apart without damage. I have pretty much figured out how to keep up a rhythm to that, so it should go pretty quickly.
The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to view and/or convert my dad’s slide collection to digital. Still thinking about that one.
It’s 59 outside on its way up to about 70. Another day to open up and air out.
Just got the transfer paperwork from Thousand Trails. It only took 2 months! The buyer and I are doing most of it via email. As soon as he sends it back to me, I will get it back to TT and it will finally be over!

Morning, Village!
36 this morning, with a predicted high of a sunny 73.
Went to a POA meeting last night. Man, what a waste of time. People can be so hateful when they talk to each other!
