I first was a volunteer at our local hospital, then offered a job in the hospital. I made good money working P/T during the week and F/T during the weekend and the summers. I was able to buy a used car, paid my insurance had my own phone and when I was 18, paid rent to my mom. Taught me a lot about responsibility.

My dad had a full service gas station and I started work for him pumping gas every Saturday for 10 hours a day starting at 13
The summer I turned 15 I worked 6 days a week, and kept working Saturdays during the school year and full time summers through high school
I had more money than most of my friends in school, and I already knew how to work hard before I graduated
