i’m 70 and have been rollerblading for the past 8 years. we have a 6 1/2 mile trail that i rollerblade which is 13 miles roundtrip. i listen to music that i downloaded on my mp3 player and skate to the beat of the music. the trail is part of our metro park system and there is lots of nature to see; what a peaceful, calming time i enjoy each time i put on my blades.
