Oh Kate I know how you feel. My dad and I watched many a Jet game…screaming at the TV, shaking our heads and covering our eyes. However best game ever was when Joe Willie guaranteed our win and we won; regardless of the friends my dad had the bet with putting that scarecrow dressed up in a Jet Uniform with a cap on. Our neighbors all were in awe of what was on our front lawn.
I was shoveling snow the first quarter. A friend texted regrets when the score was 0-24. I don’t normally start watching until the 4th quarter. By then it was 41-31. They ran out of touchdown fireworks and dropped most of the news to fit in the football highlights.
