Why can’t they just use the same route she used to get there, though, back at the anchor? Why not just talk Mal into going in there and simply hold the door open for her? I’m sure they have a valid reason why not, I’m just wondering why.
So there’s a barrier around the Island; real question is: Is it to prevent folks from getting onto the island or to prevent something(s) from getting off?
Ah, New Zealand! I was expecting Easter Island because it is the location opposite Mt Everest which had been previous mentioned, but that was a wild herring. This explains why the vegetation did not fit.
