Probably has the same problem with some doctors’ names. Tried to get the name of a hospital doctor that wandered in and mumbled something to my ailing son, then wandered out again. Never saw him again. Nurse finally pulled the name up on screen, then copied it, 3 letters at a time, until she had about half the alphabet. Still can’t pronounce it. But, one thing I will guarantee, his bill will be very readable.
