I know folks are saying the hand gesture is part of a game and these young kids are playing a game. How long has the media been talking about how White Nationalist groups stole the gesture and say it means “White Power”? We all know raising your hand and arm in a certain way in certain venues can be interpreted as meaning “Nazi salute”; as opposed to a student raising to answer a question or a person saying I’m here. So lets keep it real and find out the motivations of those future military leaders. Just who on the other end of the TV were you playing “hey look” game with.

Racism exists in the military. It’s no secret. When it came to tattoos, we kept an eye out for tattoos associated to hate groups and gangs for a reason.

Interesting that in his never ending “sabbatical rerun” mode, Trudeau of “Doonesbury” legend (yes, I said legend, not merely “fame”!) is on a current arc of the ol’ Tailhook scandal. Which reminds me of a Christmas carol parody by the legendary Frank Jacobs, the poet laureate of Mad Magazine, way back when I was merely half a tadpole:
