They should not be refused a job because they do not support the current administration. This is the current conservative logic; only Republicans can be allowed to enforce the law or administer justice because anybody else will be biased. Growing up in Mississippi on the 50’s and 60’s, I saw the same logic. A black juror would be biased in favor of a black defendant, so the only way to insure a black man got a fair trial was to have an all white jury.
