Not disclosing poison ivy is one thing. But failing to disclose lead contamination in the plumbing and the water is entirely different. That’s the sort of thing lawsuits are made of.

Chuck’s been over there making and drinking coffee several mornings. Those old pipes have scaled-over years ago sealing any lead away from the water anyway.
