Only CHULA-VARUNA can do that with his(?) celestial eyes. Like the stars in the sky. The first such super entity to come here and later imprisoned in the waters by others of like type. One day the stars will be right and then Varuna will be released to exact vengeance an destroy evil and either stay an rule or fly off into the limitless starry void. And then Santa will be in deep trouble since using Varuna.s celestial eyes is bad.
