I hate when newscasts do things like this. One Fox station here in Kansas City will do a tease for a story on their 10 pm news at 5:00 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, and 9:00 pm. They’ll give a little bit of info that’s different at each time.
Hah! Double that announcer’s salary!!
