It’s not entirely White Man’s fault…. People of all nations have conquered neighbours and taken slaves to sell them on. It’s just that White Man has done more of it throughout history and caused more destruction.
I often wonder how things would have settled out if the Europeans had not come when they did. How would the Plains have looked after all the inter tribal rivalries settled out. I know the Iroquois had managed to form their own confederacy but would they have moved West and conquered the Plains?
