    Howdy vagabonds

Cloudy with showers and a high of 51, but, that comes early, like about now, 47 by noon. Tomorrow morning, could be slippery. And now for the bad news.;-)

A joke: There was once a Russian named Rudolph and one winter’s day he looked out his window watching the blizzard. He turned to his wife and said “It’s raining” His wife looked at him and said “Are you crazy, that’s snow.” Rudolph turned to his wife with an angry look and said “Rudolph the Red Knows Rain Dear.” I will wait for the groans. (^.^)

I saw a car creeping down the hill not long ago. I’ll check it out later today.

May God be with you today. Catch ya later.

    Good Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

I slept in until 9:00 yesterday! It really put the kabosh on the rest of the day. I kept meaning to check in later, but completely forgot.

Well, other than going down to the post office today, that’s our social activity for the rest of the day.

    xoxo Happy Trails

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Yesterday got all the way up to 64 and today will probably be about the same. A bit warmer than it has been.

Rita, I too am off to the post office today. I ran out of stamps plus I need to send Anita’s present.

My niece in Maine sent out a request for friends and family outside of the South Portland area to mail a postcard or letter to her friend’s son’s kindergarten class. It seems that the children have “sent out” an imaginary gingerbread man to travel around. The letters and cards will be their way to track where he’s been. I took a photo of the sign at the local chocolate factory and superimposed a cutout of the gingerbread man on it, then wrote a short message about where I saw him and what he was doing. I even let Chris know about it so he could send a card from Italy. (I hope he does.) It sounds like it will be a lot of fun for the kids to get these letters from all over.

I have prayer group this morning, then the PO. After that, perhaps we can finally get the tree set up. I’d like to give it a day or so without ornaments to let Sting get used to it.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Well, it was 23 when I woke up this morning and it is only 30 now, but a least the sun is out for the first time since Saturday. I slept for 40 minutes after my alarm went off this morning and am still feeling like I am playing a game of catch-up! I also want to get my tree up today. I like to get it up and have the lights in place, then let the grandkids put the ornaments on.

Well that is my day. Everyone have a wonderful day.
