99% of the DACA’s are as American as anyone who was born here. They are a valuable part of the workforce and valuable members of their communities. Some of them have kids of their own, now. It would cost millions to deport them all…it makes no sense to do so, unless they’re criminals.
At the same time, I don’t want the President, any President, making immigration policy unilaterally with the stroke of an expensive pen. SCOTUS needs to get this right, but there must be a solution for the DACA’s.
Should partisan politicians have anything to do with the de facto unilateral selection of supreme courts justices in a constitutional democratic republic that was designed to have equal justice for all?

We need to ban the supreme court unless it agrees to return to serving the American People.
