This happened to me at the dentist. Took dentist three shots to numb my jaw for a cavity. Then he rushes in, drills and fills, and the last I saw was him running across his parking lot with clubs in hand. Fifteen minutes later when the novacane wore off I realized I could not get my teeth together to chew. His assistant had to come in and file the filling down until I could bite. Never went back.

I’d recommend a #4 scalpel. It’s a simple dogleg past the heart. You’ll be on the green by ten.
