Dee: Coach Nordling, we're going to miss some of the practices this season because we're playing baseball, too. Coach Nordling: Baseball, huh? I understand, boys. This time of year I catch the fever myself. The only way I can fight it is to get out and throw the pill around. Dee: That's funny. When I get a fever, my mom makes me stay inside and swallow a pill.

My daughter’s select coach told the team pick softball or soccer but not both. We lost the goalie because of that.

Dee and Jerome don’t just play soccer, they love baseball, too. I’m glad Chester is understanding of their other commitment to baseball.

Swallowing a pill alone ain’t enough to fight a fever. Dee’s mother is doing the right thing by having Dee stay inside until he recovers.
